Herbally Yours is a micro regional, family owned and operated, business located in Willow Springs, Illinois. Herbally Yours began as a hobby of growing and experimenting with herbs and expanding to selling products at farmers markets throughout the Midwest. Herbally Yours has been selling artisan products and sharing healthy recipes to the public for the past 18 years. Some of these markets include the Oak Park Farmers Market, one of oldest markets in the Chicago suburbs, which has been supplying customers the finest quality products for over 30 years.
All Herbally Yours products are created with homegrown herbs, NO preservatives, NO artificial colors, and NO added salt. All vinegars are all-natural and may contain the "Mother", a cloudy mass. This is in no way harmful and is considered by all chefs to be the sign of well-aged vinegar. Our vinegars are brewed in large vats using tremendous amounts of fresh herbs to infuse our unique flavors and aged at least one season. Therefore, the herb sprigs in the bottles are placed there strictly for decoration. We offer you true gourmet items at a reasonable price. In our first year of business, Herbally Yours Vinegar bottles were sanitized and “recycled” clear glass beer bottles obtained from a local tavern. At that time we offered a 25 cent recycling return. Almost 20 years have passed and we still offer our customers a 25 cent refund on our bottles. This is now known as “being green”!
