Herbally Yours Vinegar

Since 1989, Herbally Yours has brewed the finest varieties of herb infused vinegars in house and in small hand crafted batches. All vinegars are aged to perfection and ready to add the flavor boost your food has been waiting for. 

Our vinegars have been praised by the Chicago Tribune’s Food and Wine critic William Rice in his article Dressing Up: Handmade Vinegars Deserve a Place at the Table and Real Simple Television has also recognized our artisanal vinegars. In 2004, Herbally Yours was chosen to by Slow Food to represent USA at the Terra Madre in Turin, Italy. Our highest honor was when Herbally Yours was highlighted in The Michelin Guide Chicago Restaurants 2013 for their amazing, subtle herb infused vinegars.

All Herbally Yours products are created with pesticide and chemical free home grown herbs with NO preservatives, NO artificial colors and NO salt added. Due to the organic content of our vinegar and herbs, “mothering” may occur. Mothering looks cloudy or may grow to a disk or ghost like form. “Mothering” is the badge of authenticity. This is not harmful and is considered by all chefs to be the sign of well-aged vinegar. The sprigs in the bottle are for decoration. Our vinegar is brewed in large vats using tremendous amounts of fresh herbs to infuse our unique flavors and aged at least one season. We offer you true gourmet items at a reasonable price. Apple Cider: Cooking and marinating, BBQ and traditional Southern dishes

Balsamic: Use with pork chops, a marinade or with vegetable and pasta salads

Basil Oregano: Use on salad, sprinkle over tomatoes, chicken or fish marinade

Black Jack Balsamic: Our traditional balsamic vinegar with a black pepper kick

Salad Dressing Recipe

Use all Herbally Yours vinegar straight from the bottle for a delicious no fat dressing, or add 2-3 parts oil to 1 part vinegar, add herbs and spices to taste!


Also try all Herbally Yours vinegars on french fries or add 1 Tablespoon to ground hamburger meat!!
